The conference will be held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Hahy Helal, Minister of High education & Scientific Research; Mr. Amin Abaza, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Mr. Nabil ALezabi ,Assiut Governer and Prof. Dr. Mostafa M. Kamal , President of Assiut University.

600 LE :  Egyptians ( Non-members of ERSA)
550 LE :  Egyptians ( Members of ERSA)
50 LE :    For refereeing of papers for Egyptians
550 LE :  Egyptian, Auditor, Non-Member
500 LE :  Egyptian, Auditor, Member
500 LE :  Egyptians accompanying person.
400 LE :  Egyptian, Student in rabbits field.(5 Students)
Cheque for Non-Egyptian are payable to Account No. 11051, El-Kahera Bank, Zagazig Branch, Zagazig, Egypt.

The registration fees will include:
Attendance, Publication, Tea-Breaks, four days with 3 nights Full-board accommodation in 4 or 5 stars Hotels, sightseeing to historical places, Nile cruise and shuttle transportation, during the conference days.

Cancellation:
There will be no refund after December 31, 2009.

Paper format:
All papers accepted will be printed in the proceedings.
All papers submitted should be written according to the guidelines followed in Egyptian Journal of Rabbit Science including name (s) of author(s), address, abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion and references.
Abstracts should include not more than 250 words, followed by keywords. Within the text, citing a work by three or more authors should be written as first author et al..
The Reference List should be produced in "Author-Date" system (APA) i.e.: "Tulving E., Schacter D.L. (1991) Priming and human memory systems. Science, 247, 301-305" The full length of papers should not exceed 10 pages of standard DIN A4 paper, single spaced inclusive of abstract, tables, figures, etc. Author(s) will be charged 10 L.E. for each extra page.
The manuscript, should be submitted on 3.5" diskette, along with three hard copies, or as file attached to an e-mail sent to Pr Dr A.H. Daader , e-mail : ahdaader@hotmail.com
